1. About Us

JPP Skin Laser Clinic ("JPP") was founded by PT. JPPL Indonesia. JPP Skin Laser Clinic has 12 clinics across Indonesia; 7 clinics in Jakarta, 2 clinics in Medan and 1 clinic in Surabaya, Bandung and Makassar respectively.
1.1 JPP Skin Laser Clinic is an Aesthetic Lifestyle Clinic Company (referred to as “JPP”)
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are copyrighted. Any use by third parties, even copying these Terms and Conditions, for commercial purposes in offering goods and / or services are not permitted. Any violations may lead to legal action being taken."

2. Definitions in these Terms and Conditions:

(a) "Account" refers to the JPP Account that you are required to register on site if you wish to place a booking;
(b) "Customer / You" refers to any person who places the order on the site;
(c) "Working Day" means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or any Public Holiday;
(d) "Order Confirmation" is our email confirmation to you;
(e) "Booking" refer to the order submitted by you through the site to purchase products or packages from us;
(f) "Clause" is the clause of these Terms and Conditions;
(g) "Site" refers to www.jppskinlaserclinic.com website and its associated links.
Words convey a single form should include plural and vice versa. Words convey gender includes both sex and reference for persons including individual, company, corporation, company or partnership; References to "include" or similar words or phrases, mean without limitation.

3. Prohibition

Prohibition you may not misuse this site. You will not commit or support criminal acts, transmit or distribute viruses including trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or otherwise transmit any malicious material on the site, harmful technology, in breach of credence or in any way offensive or abusive; entering every aspect of the Service; send unsolicited advertising or promotional material; damaging data; causing disruption to other users; infringes on the right of other people's decency; or attempt to influence the performance or functionality of any computer facility or access to the entire Site. Any violation of this provision is a crime under Law Number 11 Year 2008 concerning Internet and Electronic Transaction (ITE). In that case, JPP will report the violation to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.

4. Entire Agreement

4.1 Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations and contracts created or made by us for the sale of any product or package. Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and JPP and supersedes any and all prior and contemporary agreements between us. Any waiver of these Terms and Conditions will be effective if in writing and signed by the official signatory of JPP.
4.2 You acknowledge that by entering into this contract, neither you nor we rely on any representation, conduct or promise provided by any other or implied or written word between you and us before such Terms and Conditions, unless expressly set out in the Terms and Conditions.">

5. Terms of Sale

5.1 Registration (a) To place an order, you must register with us by creating an account on the site. You are required to provide us with accurate and correct information. You should keep your information updated by informing us of any changes through the relevant sections of the site. (b) You will not abuse JPP Site by creating multiple user accounts.

5.2 Formation of Contract
(a) The information set out in these Terms and Conditions and details contained on the site is not an offer to sell but an invitation to protect. There is no contractual agreement between you and us until we have sent the product to the address given by you.
(b) To place a booking, you are required to participate in the online shopping process on JPP site. Upon completion, you will receive an order confirmation that will act as your order's acknowledgment.
(c) The contract shall relate only to products that we send to you. If your order consists of more than one product, products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times as well.
(d) In the event of a service package purchased, the contract is formed only after the signing of the indemnity form or any other forms required by JPP.

5.3 Pricing and Payment
While we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on site are accurate, there are cases where errors may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of any products you have ordered, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reaffirm your booking at the correct price.
(a) The prices stated in Indonesian Rupiah. Delivery fee will incur additional charges if applicable; these additional charges are prominently displayed and entered into 'Final Amount'.
(b) You may pay using one of our payment partners listed on our site.
(c) To minimize the risk of misuse of access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your order, we will request a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Orders will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited after we have sent the order confirmation. Checking of validity on the card will be done by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
(d) Upon payment authorization, clicking your "Order Now" button means confirming that your card has sufficient funds or credit facilities to pay for the Product.

5.4 Erroneous Orders
If you find that you made a mistake with your sent order, please contact us at e-comm@jppskinlaserclinic.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to process your request. If we have sent out the order, we may not be able to rectify the error in time. Any delivery charges or any other costs incurred from the erroneous order will be bourn by you.

5.5 Order Denial
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this site at any time and / or remove or alter any material on this site. We will do our best to always process all orders but in the event of any special circumstances, we may need to refuse to process the order once we have sent the order confirmation. We reserve the right to deny any order at any point in time, in accordance with our policies. If we cancel your order and you have made a payment for the order, the amount of the payment will be fully refunded back to you with the payback period according to the method of payment. We will not be liable to you or any other third party should we withdraw any products from the site, whether it has been sold or not, deleted or edited any material or content on the site or for refusing to process or receive orders.

6. Shipping

6.1 We aim to deliver your Product to the shipping point we have provided and the delivery time shown to us upon checkout of your order (updated in Order Confirmation). Product with "Subject To Availability" status would require estimated additional 5 to 7 working days for the delivery.

6.2 We will notify you if we are unable to meet the expected delivery date but, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any loss, liability, damage fee, or any other fees arising from late delivery.

6.3 Upon delivery of the Product, you may contact Customer Service at +6221 29200393 or e-comm@jppskinlaserclinic.com in case of any errors, defects or defects. You must be able to show documents submitted with Products upon request.

6.4 Please note that it may be that we may not be able to ship to multiple locations for any reason, we will notify you of using the contact details you provided us when you made your Order.

6.5 We ship Products in our standard packaging.

6.6 All risks in the Product will be transferred to you after delivery, except where delivery is delayed due to breach of your obligations under the Risk Contract will move not on the date when the shipment will occur but when you commit the violation. From the time when risk is transferred to you, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Product. Any breach of your obligations, may affect your ability to shop at JPP Skin Laser Clinic in the future.

6.7 Our shipping standards use courier insurance, therefore if there is any damage due to shipping then you must contact the courier service to claim the insurance.

6.8 If delayed delivery or withdrawal through rejection or if you do not (within one week of our attempt to deliver the product to you) accept the delivery or pick up products from our sender's courier (without affecting any other rights available for us) will do either or both of the following:

(a) impose fees for expenses incurred by us; or
(b) does not make the product available for shipping or collection and notifies you that we will immediately cancel the applicable contract, in which case we will refund to you or credit or debit card as applicable money has been paid to us in the contract, administrative costs (including for trying to deliver and returning of the product, and storage fees).

7. Cancellation by customer

7.1 Items purchased cannot be exchanged / refunded.
Returns / refunds are only allowed if there is an error of sending goods from JPP:
(a) Items must be returned in the same condition as when the goods are shipped (unused and seal not opened yet).
(b) Replacement items will be shipped after the return of items has been received by JPP. You will receive the replacement item 5 working days after we have received the defective goods.
(c) You must return the product 7 days from the date of purchase.
(d) Please include the purchase receipt upon returning the item.

7.2 The steps for return

(a) Submit a photo of the defective product to our email e-comm@jppskinlaserclinic.com and include your full name, address and purchase invoice no.
(b) After receiving confirmation from JPP customer support, please send the product to JPP warehouse by using JNE Regular (we do not bear the cost of return with other shipping method).
(c) Product checking process takes up to 2 business days after receipt of our product.
(d) After we have received the product in good condition, we will do the replacement of the product and send it to your address by using JNE Regular without any additional cost.
